Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health therapist, you will provide services via telehealth, utilizing advanced telecommunication technology to ensure accessibility and convenience for our patients. Most work will be conducted Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults grappling with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and a solid foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
