Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health status, establishing personalized treatment plans in line with their unique goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients through teletherapy, employing various therapeutic approaches including solution-focused techniques and evidence-based methods.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
