Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client symptoms, including mood disorder severity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that prioritize their goals and preferences while integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver interventions grounded in empirical research, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques to enhance engagement and understanding.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client needs and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Establish a collaborative relationship with psychiatrists and other health care providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment across disciplines.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mood disorders, attending relevant conferences or workshops to continually enhance clinical skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records as per legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaboration and share insights that contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, challenging the stigma surrounding mood disorders and promoting understanding within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals struggling with mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong skills in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A sound understanding of psychopharmacology to work collaboratively with psychiatrists effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills that enable you to build rapport with a culturally diverse client population.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
