Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that encompass a client's psychological, emotional, and social history to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions, using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and treatment goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate assistance and de-escalation techniques.

• Maintain precise and confidential electronic client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress assessments in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance comprehensive care and treatment outcomes for clients.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Mental Health Therapist such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
