Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews to accurately identify each patient's needs.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and address prevalent mental health concerns like anxiety and stress management.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and immediate support.

• Educate patients and their families on various mental health conditions, treatment methods, and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of patient interactions and care, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional expertise and therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based treatments and therapeutic modalities specific to mental health.

• Demonstrated skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating clinical treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, with a focus on evidence-based practices for a range of mental health issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong professional judgment, adherence to ethical guidelines, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology.
