Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy services to clients through telehealth platforms, focusing on individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Regularly update treatment plans based on evolving client needs and progress, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Document all client interactions and progress accurately, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations and clinic standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow mental health professionals to foster a comprehensive care approach for clients.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and consultation meetings, contributing to shared learning and best practice discussions.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and intervention to clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
