Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions, tailored to client needs, wherein you apply evidence-based techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions when appropriate, creating a space for shared experiences and collaborative healing.

• Engaging in family therapy sessions, working to strengthen familial bonds and improve communication dynamics.
\n
• Performing ongoing mental health screenings to track progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and adaptations.

• Participating in professional development and training to continuously improve therapeutic techniques and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, including those with co-occurring disorders and substance use challenges. We also emphasize therapeutic work with adolescents and their families, as we recognize the profound impact of mental health on their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health discipline.

• A valid Licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Clinical Social Work (LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience working specifically with individuals struggling with mental and behavioral health issues. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
