Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care and ensure that clients' overall wellness is prioritized.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to community resources and support services that enhance their well-being.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including children and adolescents within a school setting, as well as their families. You will focus on addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. Your ability to connect and establish rapport with clients from differing backgrounds and experiences will be essential to fostering an inclusive and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a therapeutic setting.
