Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mental health, identifying presenting issues and potential diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by incorporating assessment findings, setting clear therapeutic goals, and outlining specific interventions.

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to address various mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and state laws.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid Washington State License (LICSW) with the capability to practice autonomously.
