Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments, considering each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Actively participate in a multi-disciplinary team process, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to create and adapt holistic treatment strategies that empower clients in their recovery journeys.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and follow-up assessments, ensuring that clients are receiving the support they need to improve their mental health and overall well-being.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with educational staff and parents to address and resolve student needs, ensuring a supportive environment for children and families.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to provide counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
