Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients and their families, addressing various aspects including abilities, interests, motivations, and psychological impacts of physical illnesses or disabilities.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and deliver effective treatment plans for a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and developmental disorders.

• Establish realistic treatment goals in collaboration with clients, utilizing appropriate psychotherapeutic methods, including cognitive therapy, behavior therapy, and family counseling.
\n
• Utilize psychological principles to assess, diagnose, and modify behaviors in patients with mental, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care and enhance client treatment outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation of clinical data in patient medical records to support continuity of care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall mission and objectives of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, and other psychological issues. Your role will be crucial in providing individualized care plans that are sensitive to the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, thereby fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a completed internship meeting professional standards.

• Current Washington State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience providing psychological services in an outpatient or consultative capacity within the last 12 months.

Compensation and Benefits\n
