Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at West Neurological and Therapy Clinic, you will be tasked with several key responsibilities that include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, identifying patient needs, and developing individualized treatment plans involving modern evidence-based practices.

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other personalized approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory guidelines, ensuring that client privacy and security are prioritized.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide high-quality, coordinated care for clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings to reflect upon practices, share insights, and enhance clinical skills and service delivery.

• Providing valuable education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health challenges and guiding them toward available community resources.

In this role, you will work primarily with students and their families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
