This position is firmly rooted in a remote work setting, allowing our LICSWs to connect with clients through virtual platforms. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health support, with affiliation to our Detox Center for integrated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and needs.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child and family.
\n
• Regularly monitor outcomes and provide ongoing support, ensuring adherence to Federal and State regulations.
\n
• Build rapport with children and their families, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices during sessions.
\n
• Offer coaching and education to families to empower them in enhancing their child's developmental progress.
\n
• Frequent and effective communication with caregivers to review and adjust intervention strategies as necessary based on feedback and child progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets children from birth to three years of age, focusing on those with disabilities and developmental delays. Our services are designed to help these young children acquire critical physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills early in their lives. As an LICSW, your contributions will significantly influence their developmental trajectories and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate travel as needed.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
