Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a wide-ranging population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our patients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, or other complex psychological issues. The LICSW will need to adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate the unique needs and backgrounds of each client, recognizing the importance of cultural competence in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
