Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your duties will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients struggling with mental health issues through both virtual and in-person engagements.

• Developing strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals to facilitate a holistic approach to treatment.

• Conducting assessments, evidence-based screenings, and creating tailored care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions while ensuring timely documentation of client progress and outcomes.

• Participating actively in team meetings and local committees to enhance service delivery and promote continuous quality improvement within the organization.

• Assisting in crisis intervention as required, demonstrating swift, calm, and effective management strategies.

• Monitoring ongoing patient care to ensure that each client meets treatment objectives, adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families to empower them in their journeys toward recovery and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, you must approach each individual with empathy, cultural competence, and an understanding of the complexities of their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Washington State LICSW license.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required, with advanced clinical training preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and therapies.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and maintain a supportive and trusting relationship.

• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage a varied caseload effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
