Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas in need of support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement coordinated care plans centered on patient needs.

• Guide patients and their families through understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, ensuring clarity and support.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, fostering a safe and therapeutic atmosphere.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in cooperation with the treatment team, aligning with each patient's goals, preferences, and cultural considerations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
