Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients to gauge mental health status, strengths, and areas of need, ensuring individual needs are met.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment interventions tailored to each patient.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care that holistically addresses the patient’s mental health.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management, fostering an understanding that enhances engagement in their own care.
