Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans based on solution-focused approaches.

• Administer therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client-specific concerns.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s treatment are addressed effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with hospice care clients, who often present with complex emotional and psychological needs. Our patient population includes individuals facing life-limiting illnesses, their families, and caregivers navigating the challenges of end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, specifically with diverse patient populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in hospice care or working with terminally ill patients will be considered an asset. Familiarity with remote counseling tools and electronic health record systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Further specialization in grief counseling or palliative care would also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
