Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to improve client well-being, which may include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring patient information is managed with the highest integrity.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of client health.

• Educate and provide ongoing support to clients and their families, empowering them to cope effectively with challenges and navigate the healthcare system.

• Remain current on emerging mental health research and treatment modalities to continually enhance service delivery and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
