Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for patients and their families, examining key factors such as emotional and cognitive strengths and challenges, the psychosocial impact of physical health issues, along with potential substance use disorders.

• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and developmental challenges.

• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and supportive therapy, to strengthen patients' coping mechanisms and facilitate recovery.

• Engage in ongoing observation and consultation, adapting treatment strategies in accordance with each patient’s evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate, objective, and concise documentation in patients' medical records, ensuring all clinical interactions and observations are clearly recorded.

• Collaborate with diverse team members to ensure a comprehensive care approach, participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment adjustments.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support overall clinic operations and enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with an internship that meets professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
