Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Completing comprehensive notes and maintaining meticulous records for each client to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational policies.

• Managing your schedule effectively by arranging ongoing appointments and updating your calendar to reflect the needs of your clients.

• Utilizing our billing service to handle claims, facilitate client payments, and monitor insurance eligibility checks, which enhances efficiency in client management.

• Responding to a diversity of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based practices to address various mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role focuses on offering therapeutic support to a diverse client population that includes individuals and couples seeking assistance for a range of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients of all ages, ensuring that your therapeutic interventions are respectful of their cultural backgrounds and tailored to their specific experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• Possess an active LCSW license, authorizing you to practice independently.

• Be available for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, which includes 20-25 hours of direct client care and flexibility for evening appointments, at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from:
