Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to develop a holistic understanding of each patient's needs.

• Collaborate with patients to create individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to their goals, considering their unique circumstances and backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, offering support to patients in acute distress and coordinating with a team of healthcare professionals for seamless care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, following regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

• Educate patients and their families on managing mental health conditions, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed for self-advocacy and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to establish a multidisciplinary care plan that addresses all aspects of a patient’s health.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measurements and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance patient well-being.

• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
