Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, virtual psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and needs for targeted intervention.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on fostering resilience and recovery.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care, ensuring a seamless experience that addresses all aspects of clients' wellness.

• Advocate for clients by promoting their rights and facilitating access to community resources and support services, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record system, adhering to privacy regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and receiving peer support, as well as engaging in ongoing learning to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. This role will require cultural competence and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.

• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport across diverse populations.

• Commitment to cultural competence, ethical practices, and social justice in all aspects of client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases within a hospice care setting, focusing on mental health interventions that support end-of-life issues and bereavement.

• Experience with electronic health record systems for documentation of clinical interactions and treatment outcomes.
