Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student’s unique mental health concerns, backgrounds, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy to students through evidence-based modalities, ensuring that each session is tailored to the unique needs of the child or adolescent.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include therapeutic goals and activities to promote the well-being of our clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups for students and their families, addressing issues such as self-esteem, coping strategies, and social skills.

• Utilize tools such as Telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for students and their families.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, educators, and parents to ensure holistic care and coordinated support for each student.

• Perform crisis interventions and risk assessments, helping students develop safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that notes are up-to-date and reflect the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing mental health services to a diverse young population, including preschool, primary, and secondary school students. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health, preferably within an outpatient or school-based setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
