Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, both virtually and in-person, to identify students' mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, to support clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, which may include school counselors, teachers, and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless care coordination and resource sharing.

• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain confidentiality and track outcomes.

• Advocate for the rights and needs of clients and their families by connecting them to community resources and services that can enhance their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with youth and their families within the school system, addressing various mental health challenges that may affect their academic performance and interpersonal relationships. You will work closely with diverse populations, providing culturally competent care tailored to individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active and unrestricted Washington state LICSW license.
\n
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations in various environments.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools, along with a basic understanding of technology's role in modern therapy practice.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing counseling in school settings or with adolescent clients is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
