Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough multidisciplinary team assessments to accurately determine the developmental status of each client.
\n
• Design and implement developmentally appropriate interventions, directly aimed at enhancing the growth of children aged zero to three.
\n
• Collaborate with families to develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), outlining goals, objectives, and strategies tailored to the unique developmental needs of each child.

• Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation including assessments, reports, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapeutic interventions that target cognitive, social-emotional, adaptive behavior, communication skills, and motor development.
\n
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Act as a service coordinator, systematically managing and reviewing each family’s intervention plan, ensuring all timelines and procedures are adhered to.

• Empower families with skills to advocate for their children, fostering supportive and engaging parent-child interactions.

This position focuses on providing clinical support to infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or at risk for such delays. You will partner closely with families to understand their unique needs, fostering a family-centered approach that respects their cultural background and personal values. Through collaborative efforts, you will help families navigate resources, reduce systemic barriers, and facilitate their child’s developmental journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
