Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments to evaluate the developmental status of clients, ensuring data-driven conclusions that inform intervention strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies for children aged 0-3, focusing on their unique developmental needs in areas such as cognitive skills, social-emotional health, and motor development.
\n
• Collaborate with families to create and periodically update Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), including setting individualized goals and strategies that align with each child’s development.
\n
• Maintain precise documentation through progress notes, assessments, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Provide therapeutic intervention, both individually and in group settings, aimed at addressing developmental delays within a supportive and nurturing context.
\n
• Act as a primary service coordinator, ensuring timely execution and monitoring of intervention plans while developing strong relationships with families to empower them through engagement and advocacy.

• Facilitate parent-child interactions and guide families in advocating effectively for their child's developmental needs within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on the pediatric population, specifically infants and toddlers aged birth to 3 years who are at risk for or experiencing developmental delays. Our aim is to provide early and effective intervention that enhances cognitive, emotional, and physical development during these critical early years. The social worker will work closely with parents and caregivers to support family dynamics and promote a collaborative approach to ensuring the child’s successful development.

• Recognized and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Advocate Mind Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 68,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
