Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as an LICSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of your patients and collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address the mental health concerns of your clients.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health experts to facilitate coordinated and effective treatment.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing treatment quality and sharing insights within the team.

• Educating patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and connecting them to community resources as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
