Key Responsibilities\n

As an Early Intervention Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate the developmental status of infants and toddlers from birth to three years old.

• Delivering evidence-based, direct child development services tailored to the unique needs of each child and family, ensuring culturally relevant practices are integrated.

• Collaborating with families to create and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that identify specific goals, objectives, and evidence-based strategies to promote the child’s development.

• Documenting all interactions, assessments, and progress notes in an organized manner to track family progress and adhere to service requirements.

• Facilitating supportive interventions for families, including both individual and group sessions to address developmental delays across various areas such as cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

• Coordinating and optimizing service delivery by scheduling necessary appointments, monitoring progress, and re-evaluating intervention plans as needed.

• Actively supporting parents and caregivers to strengthen their advocacy skills for their child's developmental needs, fostering a partnership approach in their child's growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years who exhibit developmental delays or are identified as at-risk. You will work closely with families to deliver personalized strategies and support systems that uphold their cultural values and family dynamics. Engaging with the family unit is essential, as the overall aim is to enhance the child’s developmental outcomes while empowering parents to become effective advocates and active participants in their child's growth trajectory.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, employees benefit from:
