Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. You will utilize evidence-based approaches to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, nurses, and hospice specialists to deliver integrated care that addresses both physical and emotional needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on hospice patients and their families, many of whom are experiencing significant emotional distress due to end-of-life challenges. You will need to demonstrate empathy, respect, and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations effectively, ensuring that patients feel heard and supported throughout their care journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is required.

• At least two years of professional clinical psychotherapy experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Lighted Paths Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
