Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining crucial in-person interactions when necessary. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet adaptable schedule. You will be equipped with the latest virtual counseling tools to facilitate seamless communication and ensure a positive therapeutic experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy services through telehealth platforms, as well as in-person sessions when required.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop personalized care plans tailored to each student’s specific circumstances.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to effectively support their mental health journey.

• Engage with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a comprehensive support system, ensuring a collaborative approach to each student's care.

• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions to promote mental health awareness and resilience strategies within the school community.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, effectively handling emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
