This position will be performed remotely, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while also maintaining a consistent schedule. Our dedicated team operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring accessibility for clients during school hours. While the nature of the role is remote, team collaboration will occur through digital platforms, emphasizing communication and teamwork. Candidates must be comfortable using technology to carry out assessments, documentation, and client communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telephonic and virtual assessments to understand clients' needs comprehensively.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies in high-pressure situations to de-escalate immediate concerns.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions via video conferencing or phone, tailored to the specific requirements of clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, preparing detailed reports and treatment plans.

The primary population served by this role includes children and adolescents affected by neglect, domestic violence, mental health disorders, and the devastating effects of parental substance abuse. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
