Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with clients in a school setting to assess and address symptoms of mental illness and emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.

• Conducting brief, evidence-based screenings and arranging for comprehensive assessments when necessary to gather pertinent information about each client's needs.

• Developing integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and facilitate effective treatment services.

• Utilizing therapeutic tools and methodologies to provide high-quality prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the unique background and challenges faced by each client.

• Assisting with crisis intervention efforts whenever required, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients and promptly reporting any unsafe situations.

• Monitoring client progress through regular evaluations, documenting treatment plans, and ensuring timely completion of reports for data submission.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
