Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each student.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students and their families, ensuring that each plan aligns with the individual’s goals and circumstances.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and motivational interviewing to assist students in overcoming their challenges.

• Collaborating with teachers and educational staff to promote mental health awareness and integration within the school curriculum, creating a culture that supports emotional intelligence and resilience among students.

• Monitoring student progress through regular assessments and adjusting care plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Educating students and their families on mental health management and resources available to them in the community.

• Providing ongoing support for medication management and adherence in coordination with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on the youth demographic within the school system, including elementary, middle, and high school students. Our goal is to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related conditions. By working closely with students, families, and educators, you will actively contribute to shaping a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California.

• At least one year of experience as an independently licensed therapist, preferably in a school or community setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
