Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans using solution-based practices, integrating specific therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated care approaches.

• Participating in regular case consultations, effectively sharing insights and feedback to enhance patient care quality and outcomes.

• Educating and supporting students and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources available to them.
