Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on the mental well-being of students experiencing a spectrum of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with educational professionals, parents, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive treatment plan that includes intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, goal-oriented progress measures, and functional improvement indicators to evaluate and adjust treatment plans, ensuring efficacy and responsiveness to client developments.

• Document clinical activities promptly and accurately within our intuitive therapist portal, which supports comprehensive and efficient record-keeping practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes predominantly school-aged children and adolescents, ranging from K-12, who are grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a recognized and accredited academic institution.

• An independent LCSW license in the state of New York is required; additional state licenses are advantageous.
