Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family assessments to create tailored treatment plans addressing the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including crisis intervention and brief therapeutic sessions, to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that enhance access to resources, ensuring seamless communication among clients, families, and school personnel.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and destigmatize mental health resources among students and their families.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff to provide guidance on behavioral management strategies and support systems within the school environment.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports documenting client progress, engagement, and outcomes while adhering to ethical standards and organizational protocols.

• Proactively identify potential crises among clients and provide immediate intervention as necessary, participating in on-call rotations as assigned.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who exhibit a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
