Key Responsibilities\n

• Document patient interactions, including progress notes, session summaries, and the development of individualized treatment plans using electronic health record systems.

• Secure intake assessments for new clients, gathering comprehensive background information to effectively create treatment goals.

• Regularly collect, analyze, and interpret data related to patient progress and treatment outcomes to refine approaches and improve service quality.

The primary clientele for this position include school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and unrestricted Pennsylvania Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
