Work Environment\n

This position is remote, which allows for flexibility and a better work-life balance while working primarily with school-aged clients. The organization operates from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, and is open to accommodating either 4x10 or 5x8 shift schedules to support work-life harmony. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Interview clients to collect and analyze social, personal, and medical histories, formulating comprehensive assessments.

• Evaluate client problems and implement treatment plans within your scope of practice, adjusting as necessary based on continuous evaluation.

• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral interventions, addressing urgent mental health crises and ensuring appropriate referrals to local resources.
