Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify individual strengths and areas needing support.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the child and family.

• Monitor and oversee the progress of children, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to adjust strategies as necessary.

• Provide direct support to families, delivering educational resources and guidance that empower them to foster their child's development.

• Guide families in understanding and utilizing evidence-based practices within the Natural Learning Environment framework.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding early intervention services, emphasizing the importance of ethical and compliant practices.

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate a nurturing and effective learning environment.

• Utilize coaching methodologies to educate clients and caregivers within their natural environments, ultimately promoting the child's holistic development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with infants and toddlers who present with disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
