Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and their families.
\n
• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that are tailored to the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the implemented strategies, offering insights and adjustments as necessary.
\n
• Provide critical support to families by enhancing their understanding of child development and equipping them with effective parenting strategies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices in all interventions.
\n
• Develop positive relationships with children and families to foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers and therapists, to track and report progress effectively.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to ensure the safety and welfare of all individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who may be experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. The role is centered around Early Intervention services, helping children acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas during their formative years. Through your efforts, you will support families in nurturing their children's growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must be licensed by the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.

• A valid driver's license is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
