Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Phoenix Therapeutic Services, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate clear goals, intervention strategies, and regular progress monitoring.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, school personnel, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, and creating safety plans as required.
\n
• Advocate for clients' rights, assisting them in navigating community resources and offering case management support.
\n
• Engage in community outreach efforts aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting positive mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom come from diverse cultural backgrounds and face various socioeconomic challenges. Your role will be critical in providing the support, counseling, and advocacy necessary to help them thrive academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
