Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children’s needs.

• Collaborating with families and a team of professionals to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitoring and overseeing progress while adapting interventions based on the unique developmental trajectories of each child.

• Offering guidance and support to families to ensure they can effectively facilitate their child’s growth and learning.

• Adhering to all federal and state regulations to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.
\n
• Building trusting relationships with children and families to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

• Implementing evidence-based practices that align with the Natural Learning Environment framework.

• Utilizing a coaching approach in natural environments to enhance children’s learning experiences.

• Ensuring the health and safety of clients and families through compliance with established safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities and developmental delays. Your efforts will focus on helping these young children develop essential skills in physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication areas, which typically emerge within the first three years of life. Engaging with families during this critical period can have a transformative impact on the child's future.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel to client locations when necessary.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, necessary for managing multiple cases and priorities.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
