Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate students' emotional and psychological needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

• Collaborating with educators, school nurses, and parents to create integrated support strategies that enhance student well-being and academic performance.

• Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on youth and family therapy.
