Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Delivering a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure quality improvement in service delivery.

• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

• Staying informed on the latest research in mental health to integrate advanced knowledge into practice.

• Effectively managing a full caseload and ensuring timely progress towards achieving treatment goals while adhering to ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals with varying mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and grief. You'll have the chance to work intimately with patients and families in crisis, guiding them through the complexities of their situations and enabling them to find pathways to healing and restoration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
