Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW in our organization, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of new clients to understand their mental health history and needs, leading to tailored treatment planning.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and innovative approach methods tailored to individual client requirements.

• Maintaining detailed, timely, and organized clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations to support best practice standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and care coordinators to ensure cohesive treatment plans and informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with individuals participating in detoxification programs who may be facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
