Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health needs, followed by the development of individualized and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to empower clients in their healing journey.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in team meetings to discuss client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Participating in peer review and case consultations, engaging in continuous professional development to integrate the latest practices and methodologies into your therapeutic approach.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, providing resources and strategies for sustained recovery and coping.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing a solid foundation in social work principles and practices.
