Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, both in the community and during scheduled telehealth sessions, to assess and address their presenting issues related to mental health.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to determine client needs and, when necessary, arrange for more detailed assessments.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure a smooth continuum of care, facilitating communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on fostering empowerment and promoting recovery.
\n
• Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to the code of conduct set forth by Balanced Well Being LLC.

• Monitor client progress, coordinate treatment services, and manage discharge criteria effectively.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Assist with crisis intervention and offer support to clients during critical moments, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Document all client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in a timely manner to ensure accurate data reporting.

• Engage in team meetings and contribute to collaborative discussions aimed at improving agency performance and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients experiencing a range of severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, including substance use disorders.
