Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples and families to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both joint and individual therapy sessions to address relational dynamics and individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique challenges faced by families, such as:

• Physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss counseling
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members

• Support for blended families and issues stemming from remarriage

• Navigating separation and divorce, including adjustment issues

• Regularly document therapy sessions and track patient progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
