Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals in a Group Practice to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care that addresses emotional, social, and psychological aspects of well-being.

• Providing immediate virtual support to families experiencing acute crises, acting as a stabilizing force and guiding clients toward effective conflict resolution through empathetic online communication.
\n
• Conducting thorough virtual assessments to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, continuously monitoring and adjusting these plans based on progress and patient feedback.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, employing a diverse array of therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

• Documenting patient progress meticulously and maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards in behavioral health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and substance use disorders. You will play a crucial role in their recovery journey, providing support, skills enhancement, and therapeutic guidance.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a strong skill set in therapeutic techniques and client interaction.
